"Rocco has now done several jobs for us. Most of the work involved refurbishment of door hardware on a common entrance to a multi-unit apartment building and rekeying new, tenant door lock sets to work with the existing building master key. He has also cut and programmed replacement key and FOBs for our vehicle. His work is always of the highest quality, completed in a timely manner and his pricing is consistently fair and reasonable. Rocco also has an incredibly professional demeanor, so we are entirely comfortable having him engage directly with our tenants. Working with Rocco is always a pleasant experience."
